How to remove rear map lights?

A lot of searching, but nothing solid on this. How do I get the rear map lights down to replace the bulbs on a second Gen?

Pull the grab handle all the way down. There is a small cover over each of the hinges that is now exposed. Remove the covers, then the screw behind each cover. Once you have the whole assembly down, the light part of it snaps apart. Use care as the switch part of it is easy to damage.
