It's a piece of cake. All the wiring is done in the trunk.
You'll need a line out converter that you tap into one or both of the rear subs (if you have them in the rear shelf). Plug your RCAs into it and run them to the amp. Run your power wire straight to the battery from the + side of the cap (then another from that same + side to the amp) and run your ground (I drilled a hole in the trunk just behind the seats and secured it there). Next, you'll need a 12v turn on, which I tapped into the fuse box near the battery at one of the ports labeled "diode" I forget which one it was, either 1 or 2. The amp only comes on when the car is running, since the one I tapped is for the fuel pump. Works for me, since I don't do much sitting around in the car when it's off.
For the cap, you want a ground for that, as well. Preferably not the same one as the amp. You'll also need to be a resistor across the - and + terminals before you hook up any wires to it. If you have the instructions for it, it'll tell you how to do it. If not, search Google for capacitor wiring.
You can also search on here for it, as it's been mentioned a few times.
