How hot do the IMRC's get?

Quick question......


How hot do you guys think the gen 1 IMRC's get under normal opperational loads? I've got a buddy that wants to use some epoxy on them, but I can't give him a clue as to how hot they will get. Think JB weld will work?

N/M guys. Decided to throw J/B weld in em, and see what they do.

Hes got a 96 Cobra that he deleted the IMRC's He wanted something to plug the holes from the butterfly shafts. I TIG'd mine shut, but he did'nt want to go that route with his for some reason.


I know about comming loose and messing stuff up, but I prepped the location really well, so that should'nt be a problem.
