How do you remove the Keyboard actuator on a 2013 Lincoln MKZ?

Does anyone have any links or instructions for removing the driver's door keyboard actuator? Just picked up a 2013 MKZ and trying to clean up the few issues it has while I can still get parts! Just picked up the new OEM replacement on eBay but wanting to be clear on how to do this so I don't damage anything else.
