how do i remove my fog lights?

Hey whats up everyone. Im trying to clean up the fogs a bit as they have become pitted and hazed over. I removed the three nuts from the inside of the bumper, and it moved back and forth, but i cant get it out. Any info will be appreciated.

PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME TO SEARCH, I HAVE AND HAVE NOT FOUND ANY INSTRUCTIONS ON IT. PLUS I AM TRYING TO SAVE TIME BY GETTING A DIRECT ANSER.

Make sure the auto headlamps is off, you have removed the three nuts, now twist out the bulb/connector, then the housing should come out.
