how can i tell if my car is the sport model or what?
its an 01 ls v8 wiht the shiftronic stuff and alpine 6 disc, polished factory 17's what else do you all need to know to find out?

If your LS has chrome strips on both bumpers, it is not a sport model.
If your LS does not have chrome strips on both bumpers, it is a sport model.

On an 01, I believe if it has the SST tranny, it is the Sport model.

SST was an option in the Sport Package.
It always helps to have the window sticker though.
