Horn Location Question for Continental 94?

Hello, Everyone in the room!The horn of My Continental 94 stopped to work after a snow day this winter. I checked the fuse and it fine. I guess, the problem should be in the Horn side: Horn Connections or Horn itself. My problem is: I can not locate the horn! Please help to find the horn?

The horn is in the center of the steering wheel.lolol

Hi, I am sure of that:The Horn is not in the Center of the Steering Wheel.The Center of some types of the Steering Wheel is only a touch-pad to activate the Horn!!The Hoen is not there.

I would check under the bumper cover between the rad and the bumper cover.
