My horn is not working, I have read posts about clocksprings, etc. I would first like to check the fuse. WHERE IS IT? I cannot find anything about the location of the horn fuse in my owners manual. Call me an Idiot but I could use some help, not criticism.

Sorry, I don't know where the horn fuse is on a gen I.
Here is an easy way to tell if it is the clockspring or not. Press the panic button on your remote. If the horn beeps, then the horns*, fuse, and horn relay are all okay -- so it is probably the clockspring.

*: At least one of the two is working.
