Has anyone found a good kit to replace factory HID?

There is a kit on ebay that is a direct replacement for around 300 i believe.96-98 w/hids.

There is also a Hologen kit for around 650 but i've they arent all that good.

Actually only $150 for the HID conversion kit! A member here sells them.

Is that for gen 2 aswell. I heard the $300 one is the best and that it includes the adapter aimer thing for the conversion? Does the $150?

Yes, as far as I know they are for any Mark that came with HIDs. Includes new ballast, etc. I do not see his kit listed on eBay.
