Well I hate to correct you but out of round, on a lathe it would be cheaper, easier.

Drill all of them out , cut them off one at a time, deburr, stack and drill mounting holes on a mill all at the same time, deburr.

About a minute each


Now if we setup a brown and sharp :shifty:
