Had to rip into my 2002 LSE again for the VCG (valve cover gasket) replacement. 143k miles and until this issue came up "again" it has been running fine - still around 25-26 mpg the highway. First time for this operation I had about 60k on it.
Going to get right to the issue.
One of the bolts snapped way to easy during installation. Its the style with the nut on the all thread not the regular looking typical bolt. I am having a hard time finding the """part number""". I'd go back with the regular looking bolt however it is on the top where the bracket mounts...... Thinking it may not be a bad idea to replace them all on both sides as this is a 12 year old car with a ton of miles, and this is a hot assembly.
Any help???
