i don't even think click and clack the tap it brothers could figure this one out
at work we have a 1993 Dodge Dakota with 173,000 miles on it, so when i switch on the fan to get some air moving inside nothing happens....except the check brake light comes on, turn the fan switch to off the light goes off. I don't get it LOL

It's the fan circuit board under the dash.
