Help with squealing belt

My belt squeals LOUD on cold start ups and stays that way until the engine is warm. I've tried belt dressing and other stuff and it doesn't seem to help. Does it need tightened or is there more to it? BTW, it's not really cold here right now...it's was in the 60's today.

Honestly, if its an '06 take that back to the dealer, let them worry about it and find the solution. Perhaps a pulley or something is sticking due to cold weather.
