O.k. I'm in search of the reservior seals. Ford says they don't have them? Any ideas on a vendor. Also are the retaining pins in the MC removable. I would rather not break the reservior when pulling it out.

I work for a reputable shop and no one here has ever heard of trying to get just the seals. have to replace the whole thing. and yes the roll pins come out:headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

Ok hotrod it doesn't suprise me that would be the repair shop method. But I cann't afford a new mc like 200 bucks. I'll rap a diaper around it first and refill when needed. thanks for the answer and i'll try some pb blaster on the pins. It looks to be two small rubber grommets. After the all ford nationals this weekend I'l screw around with it.

Nobodies had this problem?
I don't see any post on this when searching. OO well

Has nobody had this issue before? Is this really a blow back pressure issue thru the MC. The brakes work like normal other than the leak. Do you all think I should replace the whole MC? Help me out.

The only time I have seen the seals leak at the tank is if its been whacked hard and cracked the plastic. Pull the pins check the grommets and tank, Glue repair as needed and replace, If the grommets are bad you should be able to find something at a local parts store that will work.
PS the pins can be a real PITA

Thanks Tiledhalo I was noticing the pins are difficult. Its wierd that it just started leaking out of the blue?
