HELP Rear Control Arm Bushings

I went to a local shop because I was getting a loud squeaking noise from my rear end. I have an 04 Lincoln LS V8 with 74K miles. The shop owner told me it was the bushings on my rear lower control arms. At first I thought, hey no big deal, until he said he contacted the dealer and it would be $295 per control arm (because apparently you can NOT buy just the bushing) plus $70 labor per arm. What I'm wondering is if anyone here knows where I can find the bushing as I'm sure its not vehicle specific. Thanks for any help you guys can give me.

Not sure if this would be the same for the Gen II but its worth a shot. If not some info for you. Some one with a Gen II hopefully will chime in. To find more you may want to search through the forum. Theres plenty more info here. Here's a start.

Idk if the Gen 1 is compatible with the Gen 2, but I have rear control arms Ill sell you pretty cheap.

yeah I don't know if the control arms are compatible either, but ur location says paris. haha the shipping would probably cost me as much as the new parts if thats where you really are.

well then just lemme know how much for two rear lower control arms to Pittsfield, Mass my man. anyone know if the first gen and second gen arms are the same?

Bumpage.. come on guys anyone know the answer to this? Are the rear control arms interchangable? If no one can answer I guess Ill just give lincoln HQ a call tomorrow and post the answer for everyone.
