I cleaned my air intake (cold air aftermarket) and ever since my car jerks and stutters when I give it gas. I have checked to see if I knocked somthing loose and thought maybe some how the fuel filter is cloged. Can anyone please give me some advice. I also tried dry gas to get out any water that might have gotten in the gas???? thanks for anyones help

Wet coil packs

Sounds like you may have gotten some water on the coil packs or wiring to the coil packs. When they start to break down they are very suseptable to moisture. Easiest way to determine if this is the problem is with ignition spray. You can purchase moisture dispursement spray/ignition spray for about $5 a can. Remove the top plastic engine cover and spray product on all coil packs and wiring to the coil packs. The left side is a little harder to get at as it's under the intake, but if you use the small tubes provided on some spray cans you can pretty much get to all of them. Don't be shy with the spray. Did you let your filter FULLY dry, before reoiling it?
Did you use too much oil, when you reoiled it? It's possible excess filter oil has fouled the Mass Airflow Sensor.
