Heavy Duty performance orientated 4r70w rebuild kit?

I have a spare transmission sitting at my shop and I would like to rebuild it but I want to "beef" it up, just curious is the kit from supercoupeperformance rated for over 400 horsepower? Or should I go else where?

The best internal parts for a 4r70w are the OEM ones... don't waste money on stupid hop up crap... if you want to beef one up there are a number of mods that can be done to the internals and proper clutch pack clearances.

Spend your $$ on a good torque converter... Circle D ftw...

If you want a real HD trans I'd look elsewhere for the parts. These trans can be modded to hold a lot of power.

Yes and no. If he is looking at 400hp then factory parts are fine and will be plenty reliable.

I would consider an aux. trans cooler a must no matter how you build it.
