Heating Issues

I have a 2000 LS v8 and unfortunately my heater has hot or hotter... I can get cold air through it clear up until the car hits "running temp" then there is really no hope for cool air, even when driving through a blizzard. I have tried the self diagnosis and there are no codes on it. Had the heater control valve replaced and that didn't help. I can get semi cool air if I put it on the defrost/feet selection and turn on the a/c but the its only cold out the defrost, its super hot out the feet. Any ideas/suggestions of what to try next is appreciated. Summer is coming quick!

You'll have to do the electrical checks between the DCCV and the DATC. This will let you know if the problem is the new DCCV, the wiring, or the DATC. A quick check is the connector to the DCCV. Make sure that you have it fully mated and latched in.

SAME exact issue mine is having. No codes. I am going to start with the DCCV and see if the issue gets resolved.

I had the dccv installed by a reputable mechanic so I am going to assume the connector is tight, but I will check it in the morning to ensure. I can update later tomorrow.
