My heater works in my 93 mark viii but it takes a really long time to get hot, same w/ ac works but takes a long time to get real coldl any suggestions?

COuld be a blend door motor... maybe? Its early, no caffeine in me so I think random things - it was the first thing that came to mind.

Oh, but how well does it switch modes, like from vent to defrost and back? Just to rule out vacuum issue.

Yup.

Where is the pic KID... come on, stay on top of things!! LOL

I left my baby spoon in the drawer this time....

LOL

Well someone has to have the pic. I lost mine :)

But to the poster, you basically want to look for a black air line. It goes into the firewall at the passenger side near the heater core. Follow it back to the intake manifold.

You will have to remove the beauty cover over the engine if you have one.
