Heater control illumination question

Anyone ever take one apart with the hard buttons? I got a couple lights out on mine.... would love to fix that somehow

i sure have.

the lights are easily replaced but hard to find.
if you can find an extra eatc, the bulbs are a twist-lock style.
just pop some good ones out and switch them over.

if you pull it out of the car and look at the back you'll know what i mean.

i have bulbs for them if you want to take the chance of pulling it apart. you are garaunteed to break the blue case its brittle like tempered glass.

the back side of the eatc (heater control) is a blue plastic.

I left the blue plastic off mine...weight reduction yo!

I took an EATC from a 96 Conti for my 93, looks way better than the Gen1 style
