I have a 94 mark VIII and when the car is fully warmed up, the heater blows at about 80 degrees and doesn't blow hard. I have a stock thermastat. what do you thimk is wrong.

Could be the blower motor, or perhaps a vaacum leak somewhere. If all checks okay, then last resort would be the heater core which rarely does fail.

If the fan is not blowing...
Fan is located behind the glove box. Drop it down so you can see behind the box. wiggle the wire connection.
I had this problem on my 95 connection came loose. Fan would blow on occation when connection was made.

I have heard about the climate control censor going bad.
