hello again , new problem is that i have hot air comeing out on the passenger side and cool air on the driver side
heat / no heat

how about this problem... when my car is all warm thermo is at half mass my heater takes a while to get up to temp?

It seems like this is usually one or more of the following items (in no particular order).
1. Air in the cooling system.
2. Sticking/clogged DCCV.
3. Clogged cooling system.
4. Failed aux pump (V8 only).
5. Bad thermostat.

ok so i replaced the degas bottle 2 weeks ago , blead system was working great , then my engine fill cap was leaking coolant , replaced all good , then thermostat went bad and over heated , installed new and blead system for the 10th time now (must have $60 into coolant now lol) now heat dont work on my side

If the heat is working good on pass side and not on yours its the DCCV.

where is the dccv located? does anyone have any pics. i need the heater RIGHT now!! its cold driving the LS with out it

I finally replaced my DCCV, thermostat, and serpentine belt. What a difference having heat coming out. Not getting much on the passenger side but it does come out strong when I have it on floor or upper dash area. Pain in the a** to replace but worth it. Good thing there is a lot of information on here from everyone that put in their two cents.

On a gen II V8, The DCCV is down near the right/passenger side of the radiator. It is visible and removable from above. Maybe a 15 minute removal job. Hardest part is getting the hoses off. Be careful not to snap any of those pita hoses with plastic parts in the middle, I think only the main radiator hose on that side of the car is like that.
The one electrical connector has a slide lock on it that needs to be slid before it will unplug.
You will only need a screw driver and or maybe a hose clamp removal tool.
