headlights problems...

My driver side light sometimes will not come on... i than turn switch on and off and it will come on... what wires should i check... were is this grounded? what should i check out.... pleaaaaaaaaaase help out cuz its a pita when ur driving late at night and cops wanna break balls thanks guys

I don't know what to tell you, I'd start by inspecting & testing the wiring and the socket itself.

Have you replaced that headlamp before? If not, it's probably going out and needs replaced.

could be the ballast is going. Will the highbeam work when the low beam will not?
