ok im installed aftermarket hids on my 02 ls and recently had a problem with the left side
they sent me a new bulb and it didnt change anything .... then they sent a new ballast (the old one had rust spots on the back) i put it in yesterday and powered them on but i only heard the right side ballast buzzing
my question is than do u guys havin any idea y i cant get this workin right
i kno its not the bulb cuz the ballast should still make a clickin sound but its not and the bulb works on the other side
any info would be appreciated

Have you swapped the bulbs to make sure it isn't the bulb? Also, have to switched the ballasts from side to side to ensure you don't have a short in the factory wiring harness?

I had the same problems... never could get my HID's to work so I gave up Just sold them to my friend..... Has anyone else experience any problems? Where did you guys mount your ballasts? did you guys change and fuses?

i had a problem when i first installed my hid's to my fogs. for some reason the hid harness and the factory harness did not go in male to female. So i just did it the other way which is obviously the wrong way since the clip was backwards but it did work so i'm guessing the manufacturer messed up on the harness. it's all good now but had me frustrated for a while.

i put the ballasts right under my air intake because i have a kkm and it has clearence down there. and on the other side i put it right by the windshield water reservoir. it's not the best place cuz of the heat but it's been good so far
