Headlight housings for a GEN 2

Searched, did not find an answer.
Anyone acquired a set of front housings only? I need to replace mine as they seem to have a lot of minute cracks in the lenses. Looks nasty with the lights on.

I have factory HID's and they work fine, I just wanted to replace the housings themselves. Everywhere I have looked seems they want to sell the entire assembly. Even the halogen assemblies are pretty expensive just to end up with the housing.

I have factory HID's that work fine. I am looking for a set of new headlight housings that are not sold as an assembly, in other words I have all the rest of the innards, ballast, bulbs, etc. Just looking for the housing itself.
I would be really depressed if they cost over $400 each.

If they're not actually cracked through you may have luck polishing the lens to restore it. I've seen a couple posts of people who have sanded and used a plastic polish and their lenses go from horrible to crystal-clear.

So you're saying you want the whole headlamp without bulbs and ballasts? At first I thought you just wanted to replace the front lens on it, thats what alexbougie probably thought too, thats why he said you would need to cut them to replace.

Check ebay for headlights. There are a few on there right now that are cheaper than new
