headlight cracked......

so i washed and waxed my car today, and i noticed a crack in he headlight plastic.... i've been wondering why it was fogging up. can you order just the clear plastic, if not maybe i can get some clear plastic :q:q:q:q and fill it in i don't know though. but it generally blows....

you could probally get some clear silicone or even some epoxy, sand it down and polish it back

yeah, next would be either brand new, or i would check junk yards, if its just the clear piece you could just replace that, or the whole thing

Headlights are sold as a single module. Check Ebay, epoxy doesn't stick well to most plastics and will probably turn yellow with the sun.

if your looking for just the clear piece you might be able to get a headlight from a junk yard and depending on the condition either just use that headlight, or separate the clear piece from the back black piece and swap it with the cracked one

lol its not that im lazy i was looking at it more and there is no room to "fill" it in it doesnt have a chip its just a spider crack.... and im buying brakes tommorow and air filter, and doing an oil change, and then and then and then..... cars right lol

i hear that, i have a list i want to do, but i need the money to do it all, gas, oil change, ac compressor replaced, then onto the body work

I may have an extra lens laying around that I would be willing to give you for the price of shipping. I have about 4 sets of headlights from various projects I was doing. I'd have to check my garage, I literally have an entire industrial sized garbage can full of LS parts that I have no where to put yet lol.

I don't have anything like that. Mostly what I have is headlight pieces and a few other odds and ends. I have 2 wood grain steering wheels. As well as a bunch of spare sunroof parts.
