Headlight Assembly Question

Are the headlight housings on Gen2 headlights the same regardless of them being Halogen or Xenon? I have a crack in my OEM xenon lens and was looking at picking up this standard halogen one.

Could I in theory just remove my ballast and internals and move them over to the halogen?

Yes, as far as I remember, they are the same apart from the low-beam reflector, ballast and the plastic ballast cover.

You will still have to cut them open though.

To replace both low and hi-beam reflectors. It's one piece rather than being separate, mounted by 3 posts, each with a ball joint at the end.

The lense itself is messed up. I tried to fix it and ended up making it worse. The idea was get a replacement housing and have you swap the lense when you do some angel eyes for me
