Headlight Adjustment?

Ok, I've looked at headlights and maybe I'm missing something. How do you adjust the headlights on a 2000 LS? Does it require special tools? Thanks in advance,

Should be in your owners manual, it is in my 2004.

If you don’t have an owner’s manual you can down load yours from the top of the page under TECH ARTICLES, on the left go to Lincoln LS and find yours.
