Headlamp Swtich: Green fading and bulb blown

2002 V8 with 133k miles that I've owned since new.

Noticed awhile back that the green illumination started to fade and become more whitish green than a deep green. Im guessing something in the overlay began to fade.

A week ago the illumination went away all together.

Is the bulb in there replaceable?
