Head light wiring issues

I have been having problems with my head light harness's. I have some cheap Eurolight Brand head lights in the brights and lows. The harness is melting at the base. I saw Ken has some heavy duty harness's on his website. Has anybody had this problem and did those harness's solve it? I was going to wire up some relays but i would much rather soldier on those then wire up a bunch of relays.

Simple advice. Replace the wires and ditch the lights. You don't want to draw that much energy from your system just to power some painted glass bulbs. If you can't afford some HID's, then get silverstars or PIAA and call it a day. But don't risk it with those hi-wattage, low luminance bulbs.
