Has anybody seen this kind of headlight adapters? I got a pair of 96 LSC hdlts that had aftermarket bulbs with these holding the bulb in. The bulb was just bouncing around It looked like someone siliconed them to hold in place. It's a well made part but it seems like it needs another washer or part to sandwitch the bulb so it fits tight. Good news both bulbs work. Thanks for any info TONYyyy HDLT addptrs.jpg

They flop around because they don't have a second "step" to hold the bulb in tight axially.

Without another "step," that adapter only holds the bulb from spinning, nothing is holding it tight to the headlight housing, which kinda defeats the purpose of the adapters...

Those two pieces looks like two different bulb adapters that came with an aftermarket projector conversion kit using H4 or H10 HID bulb. The three holes are for screws to mount to the back of the projector. H4 and H10s are usually held in place with spring clips.

I would guess the previous owner had converted one of his other vehicles to projectors and had these extra pieces from that kit and decided to use them as spacers for his Mark headlamps.
