Haunted Steering Wheel + Rubber Care

Has anyone had their steering wheel go a little nuts on startup (it was wiggling around by itself without me pressing anything)? It's only happened once since I've owned the LS. Do you suppose it was pulling a Leslie Nielson?

Also, what do you guys use to keep the rubber linings soft? Silicon-based stuff is bad for rubber IINM, so I've been using Wurth's Rubber Care gel sticks.

How about some details on what LS you have. Not all years are alike, and there are differences between V8 and V6 and other options.

Do you have easy entry turned on?
Do you have memory positions programmed to you key remotes?

My steering wheel extends and lowers slightly every time I put the key in, as it is supposed to.

Have you ever read your owner's manual?
