the skirts that are all around the vehicle . I don't know the specific name for them, but I'm pretty sure you guys know what I'm talking about. They're plastic pieces that go all around the car.

I just wanted to know if anybody has ever painted them to match the color of they're LS . I came across this profile on cardomain :

These were on my 04. It changes the whole look of the car. Ive had people approach me all the time asking me what kind of car I had after doing it.

It does look good. There was a person on LLSOC that did the same thing on his 03 LS and it looked really good. Just be careful on which silver you are talking about. There were two different silver's used on the LS:

00-02 (Silver Frost - code TS)
03-06 (Silver Birch - code JP)

IIRC, the 02 LS's and LSE's came with both Silver Frost and Silver Birch. Just make sure you check the VIN label for the correct paint code.
