Hardwire gen2 ls. Tapping into mirror, help

yes i searched and the write up is for an oo-02. need to know what color wires are the switched 12v and the ground. they are not colored red or black. , I am trying to tap the harness going into rearview mirror for a radar detector. thanks

that was very helpful thanks, i actually went out and bought a multimeter and came home and seen your reply.lol but turns out there are two yellow blue wires and only one of them would work so i needed the multimeter anyway. thanks

I tapped the power for my detector from the mirror but put it out of site at the A Pillar.
Used the suction cups but had to make a 1/2 inch bracket extension to adjust for the glass curvature.
