First start in the morning the car starts within one crank , I drive it for 10-20min and shut it off , after it sits from 5 min up to 3 hours it will take 8-30 cranks before it will start .

Anything else you notice? Smell like fuel? Bad pressure regulator leaking off? Check ball in the fuel pump perhaps? What if it sits longer does it start right up then?

You have one or more leaking fuel injectors. This floods the engine and makes it hard to start. It is okay after sitting over night because the leaked gasoline has evaporated after a few hours.

You should be able to get it to start sooner by holding the gas pedal to the floor while starting. This triggers clear flood mode.
