The folks at www.justanswer.com are great in helping anyone diagnose a Ford Lincoln Mercury problem. They have 10 to 20 Ford mechanics on-line to respond to any question. They respond quickly and stick with you while you follow their diagnostic recommendations until the problem is fully diagnosed and/or corrected. Check them out .... I'm sure you'll be impressed
