Well I got my J-Moded valve body kit installed, from Blue Oval Chips, runs like a champ now. Two suggestion to anybody who wants to do this; 1 use a car lift, keeps you nice and clean, 2 get a he-man sized snap ring pliers.

Nice! I'm getting my kit Monday and since I picked up my replacement trans yesterday I have a lot of room to work with.

Also watch out for the 1-2 accumulator. It shot out and hit me in the face.

not if you compress the accumulator with a C-clamp!

one thing i forgot to mention, when i took out the valve body, i noticed that the plate covering the 2-3 accumulator was sitting on the valve body, and it's spring was sitting side ways in the 2-3 cylinder.
