I finally heard back from the bank that ownes the house were trying to buy. They have agreed to pay for the repairs, new septic tank and replacing one of the AC units. It should be done by the end of the week and we can close... FINALLY!! I cant wait. Its been like 2 months trying to get everything sorted out. We were supposed to close on the 24th, but that didnt happen. Originally we were just gonna pay for the repairs out of pocket after we close, found out on the 21st we cant close until repairs are done, but were not aloud to do repairs until after we close. WTFO! So I sat on my ass for a week waiting to hear what to do but now the ball is rolling. Cant wait to get moved in.
