Got new 4.10 Gears and New Traction-Lok - How hard/much to install

Which gears are better? Motive or Ford Racing. Are there any big differences between the two one should consider?

Motive makes the gears for Ford Racing. They are the same.

how about richmond? and any more comments on how much it should cost to install, ive searched and read 200-250 labor, more like 250 being the normal... that range has been backed up by mustang racing magazines ive searched through.

then i see people playin like 300-400... ???
