Yeah but I had to buy the whole car to get them. That being said, i'm leaving the LS world for now and putting the car up for sale. If anyone is interested in the car or the wheels, springs, shocks, or LSE grill, let me know. Maybe the ipod interface perhaps?
Here she is..

If you ever get the chance to drive a Jaguar STR, DO IT! It's amazing and sooo much fun!

one of my fav cars! good choice, too bad the LS has to go.

...maybe start a for sale thread with pics for the stuff you want to sell.

3rd in line on the grill and I will make the bidding interesting. ;)

I would LOVE the wheels and the lowering springs.
Tell me a price for the both of them.
I've always loved those stock wheels and think they'd look good on my gen1 ls6

Ok guys, I set up a thread in the for sale section with the parts and prices. Just send me offers.

I too like the zues wheels better and I almost bought a blue 03 STR with those wheels but we couldnt agree on a number so I went with the red 05 STR with the vulcans. I think the red is the only color that works with the vulcans, any other color and the zues wheels look better.

Nice ride. How do you like the sound of the supercharger??? And, the exhaust sound the way it is out of the box????

I test drove one and loved the car in and out. I almost traded my LS for the same exact STR in the same exact color. The only problem was, it was too beat up for my taste.

We need some more shots of the new beaty!

MY LS is a 2004.

I love the STR and the supercharger whine is a big reason I bought it. I love the sound of a roots style charger. Was thinking of another cobra or maybe lightning but after having the LS, I need all the comforts the Lincoln has just more juice. The STR was a great compromise. The car is so comfortable and a blast to drive, I cant stop driving it. I keep taking the long way home. The exhaust is way too quiet but I will be installing a muffler delete next week, should make a statement!

Wow, that's the biggest transformation I've ever seen from a set of SIR wheels. Looks great! How much did they set you back?

jag

Make sure you check to see if the timing chain tensioners were updated. If you hear any ticking noises coming from under the valve cover area change the chains and tensioners immediately. Too many jag v8 pistons met the valves due to the tensioners loosing their bakelite runners. The new style ones will last much longer.

What year is that? Seems like that are two different rear end designs out there.

The Jag is a 2005 so it has the latest 3 rd generation metal timing chain tensioners so now issues there. In 2006 the only change to the rear was the addition of a chrome or maybe brushed aluminum piece above the license plate whereas mine is body color painted. The front ends of these car changed in 2005 though. The bumpers on the 2003-04 are a bit different and had fog lights. The 2005 up lost the fog lights and was all body color and no more black plastic lower valance. I was in the market for a decked out 2006 LS but these STR's are priced in the same market so why not right?

I love my 06 but it's very hard to pass up a supercharged jag. If it were black on black it would be perfect for me but it's a stunning car no matter what color.

Very nice!!!!! One mean, sexy looking car tight there! Those wheels must have cost youa fortune, but atleast you got a free jaguar out of it.

Does anyone know the op? He listed some item for sale but has not been on here since he listed them and the above pics. If so, please reach out to him and let him he has potential buyers on hold or just stop fishing to get cool points with pics of items he never intended to sell.

I was about to say "oh damn, another one?!?" :)))

Nice wheels man. I like that interior a lot.

I have driven an STR few times and it's a lot of fun. Like the LS just sooo much more.

Keep it clean and maintained and it should be all good.
