I am really considering getting rid of my ls. This morning when I got to work I went to roll down my window and the button broke. This on top of I have to get my driver side window fix along with the door lock and the clockspring. I am getting tired of this crap. I wish I would have found this website before I bought the car because I would have never bought one. I thinking about getting a G37 coupe but not sure yet.

I'll take it off you hands.

$1500 cash.

;)

I will bang out those small, minor details and love it like it needs to be.

Seriously, let me know.

Sucks for you. I just changed out my plugs on mine yesterday and I'm in love all over again. MPG when up by 4 on the highway and I couldn't be happier with my ls, now at 122k.

g37 are sweet too though.

I'm sure the repair bills on the g37 will be much more affordable

Sh*t breaks. Fix it.

yeah small items, fix'em

this is small stuff, can be done in a few hours. fix it. parts are easy to find.

I probably will just fix the car but it gets so frustrating. It is one thing after another. This is the third time I told myself I'm going to buy some rims and then a couple of days later something goes wrong. Plus I don't have all of the tools to do the job myself so I have to pay somebody to do it for me.

Just look at it as an opportunity to buy new tools. That's how I've built up my tool collection.

I learned to drive when the family car was a '53 Merc. My own first car was a '34 Ford 5-window. I bought my LS new in '02 and now have just less than 145K miles on it. It's been less trouble than any car I've owned, except several Town Cars when I traded every other year. As Pec said, s h i t breaks, (or wears out), just fix it.

I'm glad I found this forum because most of the stuff that breaks is common and you will find a thread on how to fix it. It'show I built my tool collection also.
