Get the rear seat out of an LS?

The rear passenger shoulder belt goes through the rear seat cushion with a connector holding it to the anchor bolt under the cushion. How can one uhook the connector without taking out the anchor bolt... there seems not to be a button to unlatch it???

You’re not the first to ask, that’s an old photo.

I pilfered the tool from work, keep it in my arm rest, had to put my name on it so others don’t take it from me.
