How the hell was that taped in that instance? Was it planned or what? The title is sooo true when driving without sleep is dangerous for all involved, but I thought it was kinda funny from a stand point of a video to see his face and the reaction then flipping all around like a rag doll.

I'm wondering the same thing. The window cracked and that's the ground or a sidewall barrier(Mostlikely the ground). His head seams to disappear which makes me think he was beheaded which is very disturbing.
EDIT: Or is it hidden behind the seat? I hope so.
