Gen 2 Operating Temps and Fan

I searched but can't find...

1) what is a "normal" operating temperature range? After my latest work, I have bled the system 2 times per the manual and driving in town it stays around 205-207 degrees. After about 30 mins or so and driving consistently, the temp climbs to 210-216 until I get it home and in the drive way and then idling, the temp drops back to 207.

2) Could this be a fan issue? I think I hear it run but maybe it plugged something back in wrong or not securely. It moves without effort with motor off. Is there a way to "test" the fan assembly?

The temperatures sound reasonable. Both of mine are in that range.
Scan tool can set fan speed for testing. If the AC is working well while not moving, the fan is working okay.
