Gen 2 headlight adjustment

Is there any way to adjust the headlights for up and down movement on the HID 98 Mark Viii? I get flashed brights occasionally. Or is it perfect but people percieve the HID light as too bright?

The owners manual covers that

yes there are two adjustment for each light the is a brack adjusted on the fender side with a plastic nut on it that adjusts right and left the then between the high and low beam there is a low spot that has another plastic nut that is either white or grey and it controls up and down BE VERY CAREFUL THE NUTS CAN STRIP OUT VERY EASILY
