Trying to take out the upper intake. Got all of the bolts off, but it don't lift up and out. Seems like something is preventing it from coming out by the EGR valve. Am I missing something?

So that EGR is holding me up? What's the work around?

unbolt the egr valve from the intake and leave it attached to the pipe its bolted on the same way the IAC is.
to make it your life much easier you will need to remove the windshild wiper motor...start there
according to the manual there are two retaining bolts attaching EGR control valve and gasket to intake manifold this is in addtion to the other twenty bolts

We jacked with it some more, finally got it off.

She's all put back together, and purring like a kitten at idle. It's amazing how these cars are when all the gaskets are new. It's like a brand new car. The EGR gasket was a BITCH!
