Gen 1 to Gen 2 ?'s

Looking to rebuild a motor for my 93. Have oppertunity to buy gen 2 motor and computer.Do i have to replace all wiring with new computer or will old one work.
Second option i was looking at is gen1 motor with gen 2 intake. Again does this cause computer problems.

If you want to put a gen 2 motor in a gen 1 you just have to put the gen 1 intake on the motor... no big deal.

I wonder if the Gen II intake would fit. My Mach intake does and its pretty tall.

Otherwise you just reuse the original harness, wires, etc.
