Do they make 4.11s for an 8.8

Sort of. They do, but they are reverse rotation because 4WD trucks that have 4.10s in the rear have 4.11s in the front. You could put them in your car, but then you would have 4 reverse gears and only one forward gear. Maybe some aftermarket company makes regular 4.11s for the 8.8, but there aren't any factory ones.

I've never heard of 4.11's... but they are damn close to 4.10's anyways...

Yes, there are 4.11 ring and pinion sets for the 8.8. They have 37-9 teeth ratio instead of the standard 41-10 ratio for 4.10s. Later on tonight I'll see if I can find the brand... I could be wrong, but that's what I remember.
