I experimented with intake tubing like that 7 years ago on my first 2000 LS, those ridges in the tubing cause turbulence in the air flow right before the MAFS and make the car run like crap.

Go with Ken or some thing better... avoid Autozone !! sorry MajesticLS but I will only shop at Autozone for Oil or cleaning supplies... There are much better Automotive Stores around..... Hunt around on the net you can find set ups that are very good on line and that are affordable.

I sure could fab up an intake for you. However I would need a v6 car here to build the intake to. I could build one just going off the stock pipe and air box but it wouldn't fit perfectly and I like stuff to fit and work perfect.
