I Have A 94 Mark, Ive Been Trouble Shooting Some Problems On Why My Mark Wont Start, Just A Quick Question The Red Fuel Shut Off Switch Thats In The Trunk Is It Suposed To Be Up Or Down, The Other Day When I Was Checking To See If It Was My Fuel Pump I Noticed That It Was Down, So I Popped It Up, Now Im Reading A Few Post And It Seems Its Supposed To Be Down, Is This The Case?

up is shut off, you want it in the down position. when its triggered, it pops up and shuts off fuel.

Down for sure, to truly rule out the inertia switch you could quicky jump it.
